Eric Grundberry Aidoo

Founder & Director

TADS Fashion Institute began as a bold dream to create a space where creativity, discipline, and opportunity come together to shape the next generation of fashion professionals in Ghana. In 2020, we opened our first classroom at Atomic with just five determined students who believed in our vision. Their passion became the foundation of everything TADS stands for.

Today, as we continue our journey on the McCarthy campus with over sixty students, that same spirit drives us forward. TADS has grown, not because of numbers alone, but because of the commitment to quality education, hands-on training, and a learning environment that inspires every student to push their limits.

As Founder and Director, my mission is to ensure that TADS remains a place where talent is discovered, nurtured, and supported. A place where students are encouraged to think boldly, design fearlessly, and step confidently into the global fashion industry.

Our story is still unfolding, and I am honored to lead a community that believes in the power of fashion education to transform lives and shape futures.
